Is XI Cleaning House?

November 3, 2026

XI JINPING APPEARS TO BE CLEANING HOUSE

THREE NUCLEAR SUPERPOWERS ARE DISMANTLING ENTRENCHED POWER

Xi Jinping just confirmed the expulsion of 33 senior Communist Party officials, including 16 military leaders—another extraordinary development in a 14-year campaign systematically dismantling entrenched power networks throughout China.

Let’s follow the chronology beginning around 2012,
Xi removed Bo Xilai, Zhou Yongkang, Ling Jihua, Xu Caihou, and Guo Boxiong, striking political rivals, internal security, and military patronage networks.

Between 2017 and 2022, Sun Zhengcai, Sun Lijun, and Fu Zhenghua fell as the campaign penetrated political succession and domestic security.

By 2023–2024, the purge reached China’s strategic weapons architecture. Rocket Force commander Li Yuchao and former defense ministers Li Shangfu and Wei Fenghe were removed as Xi Jinping restructured nuclear missile leadership, defense procurement, and military command.

Then 2025–2026... He Weidong, Miao Hua, Zhang Youxia, Liu Zhenli, and even Xi’s longtime aide Zhong Shaojun.

The original seven-member Central Military Commission has effectively been reduced to Xi and Zhang Shengmin.

Now the October 29 Fifth Plenum confirms 33 expulsions spanning military leadership, provincial government, diplomacy, finance, aerospace, nuclear industry, and shipbuilding.

Since 2012, nearly 7.9 million people have been disciplined, including 963 senior officials.

Look at the progression ~ political influence, domestic security, strategic weapons, military command, financial oversight, and industrial production.

These are the institutions controlling appointments, money flows, intelligence, procurement, and the machinery of government; removing their leadership disrupts the networks through which entrenched power operates.

Now zoom out—Vladimir Putin confronted Russia’s powerful oligarchs at the beginning of the 2000s, consolidating control over strategic institutions.

His 2024 Defense Ministry shakeup reached senior military officials, procurement, and logistics networks.

President Donald Trump has pursued federal restructuring through executive authority, agency leadership changes, civil service reforms, and efforts to restore presidential control over policy implementation.

Three nuclear superpowers—Three different political systems.

Three leaders restructuring entrenched institutional power.

This is where the cognitive barrier surrounding Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin, and Xi Jinping begins to break down.

Strategic rivals see overlapping sovereign interests, particularly where international financial arrangements, military alliances, and transnational institutions constrain national decision-making.

Consider what becomes possible if Washington, Moscow, and Beijing reshape their internal power structures while finding common ground against elements of the established international order.

Central banking, energy, military alliances, global trade, industrial supply chains, and the architecture long associated with the New World Order.

The parallel restructuring is documented—a coordinated global dismantling remains the larger thesis, one that emerging agreements, appointments, and geopolitical decisions will either reinforce or undermine.

Xi Jinping has spent nearly 14 years clearing China’s internal power structure.

Vladimir Putin has centralized Russia’s political and military institutions.

Donald Trump is restructuring America’s federal machinery.

Three sovereign nuclear powers are fundamentally reshaping the global balance of power.

Let's watch what happens as their internal transformations converge with the changing international order.

The world is watching the geopolitical headlines while the machinery underneath corrupt governments is being rebuilt.
