In 2009, Virginia Giuffre accepted $500,000 from Jeffrey Epstein to drop a lawsuit, the terms of which forbade claims against other “potential defendants.” 

13 years later, in 2022, Giuffre received some $16 million from the British royal, Prince Andrew, in an out-of-court settlement in which he admitted to no wrongdoing.

She was not required to keep to the terms of the previous settlement in which she released other “potential defendants.”

Her attorneys likely smelled a large fee from a charge against Prince Andrew.

Public accusations in a lawsuit would embarrass the Royal family and result in a large out-of-court settlement, whether the charge was true or false.

It is possible that the charge is false, but that $16 million was too much to walk away from.

As lawyers understand, many “settlements” are “extortions.”

The emphasis in the fake news-spreading mainstream media (MSM) is always that the women were under the age of 16.

That was 2 to 3 decades ago.

The MSM’s insistence on underage sex seems be a hoax.

Is it really true that the Virginia Giuffre, smiling and looking pleased with herself, standing together with Prince Andrew, was actually kidnapped and brought to Epstein’s Island by force and coercion?

Virginia Giuffre’s large settlement payments likely inspired other women.

As there were allegedly so many rich and distinguished men who visited the alleged sex Island, people such as Bill Gates and former US President Bill Clinton, why then are ONLY Epstein and Prince Andrew targeted?

Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase agreed to major settlements in 2023 regarding lawsuits from victims of Jeffrey Epstein. 

Deutsche Bank paid $75 million in May 2023 to settle a class-action lawsuit. 

JPMorgan Chase paid a $290 million settlement in June 2023 to resolve a separate lawsuit brought by women who accused the bank of facilitating the trafficking.

These are nebulous charges with an unclear legal basis.

It certainly looks like a witch hunt.

In 2019, Time Magazine reported that a judge allowed 23 women who claimed to be Epstein victims to speak in his court before he dismissed charges against Epstein.

About half did so anonymously.

The women urged prosecutors to investigate potential co-conspirators.

Maybe there is little that people will not do for money.

Indeed, a compensation fund was set up to indemnify Epstein’s victims.

Following Epstein’s alleged suicide in August 2019, the executors of his estate established the Epstein Victims’ Compensation Program (VCP), which was launched in June 2020.

Here’s the thing: If hundreds of underage girls are sex-trafficked, supposedly each to many men, how come Prince Andrew is the ONLY man identified?

Allegedly, Epstein’s clients were the ELITE … but only ONE is identified.

The only evidence against Prince Andrew is that he paid to settle a claim.

But people do this to avoid the cost and publicity of a lawsuit.
